  • New Patient Assessment: $250.00 per 90 minutes
  • Individual Therapy: $150.00 per 50 minutes
  • Couples / Family Therapy: $250.00 per 90 minutes
  •  Hypnotherapy session $200.00 per 60 min session
  •  QHHT session $500.00 per 3-5 hours

  • Additional Services: (Letters, Emails, Reports, Phone consultations outside of standard session time, etc.) $75.00 per 30 minutes.
  • Legal and Administrative: (Court testimony, legal documentation) $150.00 per 60 mins + travel and expenses.

We offer Telehealth services only. (Please install Google Meet.)

🌿 What to Expect in Your First Therapy Session

Before Your First Session:
We’ll ask you to complete a few simple steps so we’re ready to get started:

  • Share a photo ID (driver’s license or passport)
  • Provide insurance information (if using insurance)
  • Fill out a few short forms: Consent, HIPAA, and a “Getting to Know You” form

In your first session, your therapist will:

  • Welcome you and explain how sessions work
  • Ask about what brings you to therapy and your goals
  • Give you space to share your story in a safe, supportive way
  • Introduce helpful tools and coping strategies
  • Work with you to create a plan for future sessions

Your first session is about getting comfortable, building trust, and starting your journey toward healing and growth.

🌿 Cancellation & No-Show Policy

At The Center for Peace and Holistic Healing Services, LLC, we value your time and our commitment to providing quality care.

  • Please give at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule.
  • Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) or missed appointments (no-shows) will be charged a $150 fee.
  • Fees must be paid before booking your next session.
