We do not accept Medicare or Medicaid plans at this time.

Prior to the 1st session you will have to provide the following:

  • Proof of your identity: (copy of your driver’s license or passport), insurance information.
  • Forms: Consent, HIPPA, "Getting to know you better",

1st session:

1. Setting Up: You will log into the online therapy platform at your scheduled appointment time.( It might be through Google MEET or your cell phone.)

2. Introduction: Your therapist will greet you virtually and introduce themselves.

3. Getting Started: The therapist will ask you some basic questions to get to know you better. They will ask about your reasons for seeking therapy and what you hope to achieve.

4. Sharing Your Story: You and your therapist will have a chance to talk about your feelings and experiences. The therapist will listen attentively and provide support as you share.

5. Diagnosis: The therapist will ask you detailed questions about your symptoms to make an appropriate diagnosis.

6. Goal Setting: Together, you and your therapist will discuss your therapy goals. This could involve managing stress, improving relationships, or working through specific challenges.

7. Learning Tools: Your therapist might introduce you to some tools or techniques to help you cope with your concerns. This could include relaxation exercises, mindfulness practices, or cognitive-behavioral strategies.

8. Making a Plan: Based on your discussion, you and your therapist will create a plan for your future sessions. You and your therapist will decide how often you will meet and what you will focus on.

9. Ending the Session: The session will end with some final thoughts and a plan for your next appointment. Your therapist will provide guidance on how to access support between sessions if needed.

Cancellation Policy:

We understand that sometimes unforeseen circumstances arise,and you may need to reschedule or cancel your therapy appointment. We kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours advance notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. This allows us the opportunity to offer the appointment slot to another patient in need of services.

  • If you cancel your appointment with less than 24 hours notice, a cancellation fee of $75 will be charged.
  • You will be given a 15 minute grace period for all sessions. After 15 minutes you will be considered a “no call/ no show.”
  • If you fail to show up for your appointment without providing any notice (no call/no show) a cancellation fee of $100 will be charged.

We appreciate your understanding and cooperation with our cancellation policy. If you have any questions or need to reschedule your appointment, please don’t hesitate to contact us.
